The rules for ordering, payment, delivery, and customer support at Case Studio.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Case Studio webshop. By placing an order, customers agree to these terms as they are shown at the time of purchase.

2. Products and orders

Case Studio sells curated date night experience boxes. Product images, descriptions, and availability are shown in the webshop and may vary slightly due to suppliers, packaging updates, or seasonal availability.

An order is placed when the customer completes checkout and receives an order confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders if products are unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or incorrect pricing was displayed.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before the order is submitted.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment method offered during checkout. Invoice purchases must be paid according to the instructions provided with the order confirmation.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Delivery estimates are non-binding unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct delivery information. Additional costs caused by incorrect address details may be charged to the customer.

5. Returns and complaints

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact us as soon as possible with the order number and photos of the issue.

Returns, refunds, or replacements are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules and the condition of the returned goods.
